Looks like the Big Fev is at it again. Carlton getting rid of him when they did turned out to be a masterstroke. Now the Lions have his 900k debt, he is injured and now he is suspsended indefinitely.

How Fevola hasn't evoked the AFL's "Bringing the game into disrepute" is beyond me?! This guy WAS a legend of the game, and his fall from grace should now be swift and uncomplicated. Sure the Lions too on his Carlton debt, but they will pay him out on that and be rid of him no doubt. Or even better, pay him out, keep him suspended indefinitely until the end of his contract so that he doesn't ruin another clubs culture again! Surely the Lions have a "stupid Fevola antics" out clause built into his contract, he was warned that if he plays up one more time that he was on the outer again... I feel sorry for the Lions, it's gunna cost them more than money now by the looks of it.

I am not a Fevola fan and think he is a complete waste of talent and absolute knob but something doesn't sound right here. I have read a few articles on this and have heard different scenario's.
The latest is that the woman went to Fev's car to get a football while at a park. He then exposed himself and then drove off with another player after handing over the footy? What the...? He has admitted to a lot of his wrong doings but this just seems a bit far fetched.

I think he has played his last game in AFL because it looks like the lions are doing whatever possible to get rid of this guy and free up there 1.9mil. He will probably go out Andrew Lovett style and get some sort of payout.
Next to go should be Voss for screwing up that club. He lost a lot of good and loyal players out of all of this.

I remember that game like yesturday and passionately loved the Fevola era at Carlton.

But that's all she's wrote for the former star forward and will be remembered as a lost cause and lost talent. Who will offer him a job after football, maybe the local Safeway or Coles. Certainly not a newspaper or broadcaster. I don't even think bookies would want him.
