Whilst Black has traditionally polled well, Brown was clearly best on Ground in 4 wins. I don't see many lions polling especially through their major lean streak in the middle of the season. Clearly Brown for me here!

oh... and correct, no luck with the multis on centrebet. TAB seems to be the only one allowing it.... up to 10 selections in one multi. Even with the favourites that's a return of $85.
multi's seem to be the way to go at TAB, just don't know who to combine!
Essendon Bombers
Player Odds Jobe Watson $1.45 Dustin Fletcher $8.50 Brett Stanton $8.50 David Hille $12.50 Jason Winderlich $14.00 Lewis Jetter $26.00
My Phantom Brownlow Votes

- Dustin Fletcher (7)
Bombers skipper Jobe Watson looks to have this one wrapped up and he is at pretty decent odds too. I have him polling three best on grounds, which should be enough to get him past his nearest challenger in Dustin Fletcher. Fletcher did have a good season, but i cant imagine him polling double digits. Definitely get on Watson.
My Tip - Jobe Watson
Fremantle Dockers
Player Odds Aaron Sandilands $1.42 Michael Barlow $3.75 Matthew Pavlich $12.00 David Mundy $16.00 Paul Duffield $51.00 Steve Hill $51.00

I have Barlow on 19 and Sandilands on 17, so clearly the value is with Barlow at the juicy odds of $3.75. The only issue with Barlow is that he missed a lot of games with that leg injury, plus the fact he was a little known player at the start of the year. He was among the best in the majority of games he played so hopefulyl the umpires recognised that.
Sandilands on the other hand has had a solid year, but the fact ruckman dont seem to go well at the Brownlow must be considered. Sandilands scored 10 votes in both 2008 and 2009 and didnt poll very well in the years before that. It'll be very close, but im tipping Barlow.
My Tip - Michael Barlow
Geelong Cats
Player Odds Gary Ablett $1.19 Joel Selwood $5.75 Paul Chapman $13.00 Jimmy Bartel $17.00 James Podsiadly $301.00

One of the harder teams to call. Actually, maybe not, Gary Ablett should runaway with it, but the rest look pretty even. Ablett had been Brownlow favourite all year until the final week or two when Dane Swan took over. Ablett will poll well there is no doubting that, and im not sure either Selwood or Bartel will be able to poll enough votes to catch him, particularly with so many players taking votes off each other.
My Tip - Gary Ablett
Hawthorn Hawks
Player Odds Luke Hodge $1.11 Lance Franklin $9.00 Sam Mitchell $16.00 Jordan Lewis $34.00 Cyril Rioli $34.00 Brad Sewell $51.00
My Phantom Brownlow Votes
- Luke Hodge (22)

- Sam Mitchell (7)
Luke Hodge to win this in a landslide. Hodge has had a super year and at one point was one of the leading contenders to take out the Brownlow, but a slow final month to the season finished off any hopes of that.
Tehre is simply no one who will even poll anywhere near Hodge. Franklin should come second, but he is not a traditional vote getter. Sam Mitchell is usually their leading vote getter, but he had a fairly queit season by his standards and had soem injury concerns. Cyril Rioli could be a suprise packet, but he wont get anywhere near Hodge.
My Tip - Luke Hodge
Melbourne Demons
Player Odds Brad Green $3.25 Colin Sylvia $3.30 James Frawley $5.00 Brett Maloney $11.00 James McDonald $14.00 Cameron Bruce $17.00 Aaron Davey $21.00 Lynden Dunn $26.00

- Brad Green (6)
- James McDonald (6)
Probably the hardest team to predict. I have Colin Sylvia leading on my Phantom Brownlow so would seem silly not to include him, especially when he is paying $3.30 on the betting. James Frawley could be real value at $5.00 but Brad Green had some sensational games too booting a few bags of goals and playing pivotal roles.
Very hard to get a judge on who to pick here. Im going with Syvlia purely because of how i rated him on the Phantom Brownlow, but i would not be confident in putting big money on this result.
My Tip - Colin Sylvia
North Melbourne Kangaroos
Player Odds Brent Harvey $1.45 Andrew Swallow $3.55 Brady Rawlings $8.00 Daniel Wells $26.00 Leigh Adams $81.00 Scott Thompson $81.00

Another one which looks like a one horse race. Brent Harvey had a pretty good year and is a traditional vote getter, polling double digits in 7 of the last 10 years, including nine votes last year. He'll wrap this one up pretty easy and face a bit of competition from Andrew Swallow, no one else should get near though.
My Tip - Brent Harvey
Great work in here Adam...I'll be having a deeper look into this. I know a lot of people like to perm loads of teams...could get a very good value accumulator with lots of cover bets.![]()
