Great stuff trifectaric. Agree with your Rosehill selections actually, they are similar to what i was looking at.

I notice your going for some outsiders in the Coolmore though. Why do you think Purple will go well? She was one i was looking at also as she lvoes the distance and knows how to win at Rosehill too. Still remember her super win here over 2000 at the storm queen stakes last year.

most times i list every race a one or two meetings four runners in each race up to the quaddies/trebles which have five some have six picks .
in the early races where i have four runners i dutch bet the race if i can make a profit with not two much outlay i also take banker trifectas and exactas if the price is right that i hope funds my quaddies/trebles, in the quaddie the 2,3/// is my top picks in the race so i have four tickets on it as follows.

The way I take my bets =trifectaric Rick

I take the two nominated Raters as the mainstays for 1st.

I take them with the rest of the Raters to run 2nd, 3rd, 4th in all exotics sometimes in trifectas I take bankers 3x5x5 or 3x4x6 at $12.00 you will get 33% of the win

In the Quads…I take the two nominated Raters of EACH race into ALL of the Raters in OTHER races.

Using Flexi Bet…you will find this is possible for the smallest of punters


With the F4's I take the first two selections for 1st,2nd,3rd,4th...the other three selections for 2nd,3rd,4th....100% = $48.00
But I use Flexi at a level that suits my bank. I start on 1unit ( eg.$10 ) then increase by 1unit for each loss until I get a winner then start again. As the bank builds I increase my unit size. ( eg. $10 > $15 )

With the Quad's I take the first two selections of each leg into the five or six selections of other legs. In other words I am taking four Quad's. Depending on number of 1st two selections getting up with any of other selections in all legs will determine how many Divi's I collect. Once again I use Flexi and increase the same as F4's. I started at 1unit = $10....As my bank grew so did my units.


1st Quad = R5...N 4 + N 3 for 1st into

3rd Quad = R5...N 4, N 3, N 9, N 6, N 1

..............R6...N 3, N 7, N 11, N 6, N 1

..............R7...N 6 + N 5 for 1st

..............R8...N 1, N 2, N 13, N 9, N 8


4th Quad = R5...N 4, N 3, N 9, N 6, N 1

..............R6...N 3, N 7, N 11, N 6, N 1

as you can see if any of my two bankers in each race leg get up i get the quaddie on four tickets ie times four,if you take them for 10% each ticket you will get 40% if all four get up
